Officially, Mia is now almost 6 weeks old, but you can see pictures of her over the past few weeks. (Follow the link to PHOTO ALBUMS.) At her one-month checkup, she weighed 10 pounds, measured 21-1/2 inches long (a 1" increase), and her head also increased 1 inch, so her brain is getting big. :-)
She can now grasp at things, but not with intention. For example, she often wakes herself up pulling her own hair! She is focusing much more, and gives Mommy & Daddy big smiles. She also babbles a bit--we swear she's said "Yeah" and "Hi" already. She even laughs in her sleep, which is pretty funny.
As you can see, her hair continues to get lighter. Her eyes are still a blue-grey color, so we'll see where they end up. Overall, she's doing just great, and so are her Mommy & Daddy!
